Description

Job Title: Recruitment Officer Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Officer  Review and edit the Job Descriptions of all departments,  Build and Analyze the Job Description database,  In charge for directing and/or handles the interviewing of all candidates and recommends selection and recruitment process.  Audit CV and Employee personal file database,  Screen received curriculum vitas and evaluate candidates accordingly, interview and recommend qualified candidates,  Conduct interviews and recruit suitable candidates for junior and senior levels  Updating all current positions and vacancies with job description and special requirement in the company  Coordinate in Preparing, developing and implementing career path, succession plan and incentive scheme for the company’s positions.  Monitor developing, managing and follows-up a training program for the company’s employees.  Submit Status Report on Vacant Positions and Recruitment,  Prepare ads for local and regional vacant positions in sister companies,  Coordinate with Advertising Agencies and Recruitment Agencies,  Study employee workload and performance, update performance appraisal format and ways,  Coordinate in performance appraisal program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within the company.  Prepare and update the centralized workforce company sheet,  Build and update the organization chart per project/activity,  Shadow training of new employees and prepare orientation schedule as per profession,  Follow up with the Personnel Officer on new employees’ registration in the NSSF and follow up on contacting Insurance Companies to get interesting packages for interested employees,  Prepare and coordinate training programs for employees,  Prepare and coordinate training programs and Seminars for Regional Executive HR Manager,  Prepare and update weekly and monthly analytical reports. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ or with HR orientation is a plus. Minimum 1 - 5 years experience in HR functions & Recruitment.
